Mr. Rajmohan was a Post-graduate Mathematics Teacher of Corporation Higher Secondary School, Chennai-India. To take up the Administration of Shantha Publishers, he retired from Teaching Profession and has also become one of the Directors of Reach Abroad Recruitment Consultant's Pvt.Ltd., Chennai.

Mrs. Chandrika Rajmohan was a Post graduate Teacher in Tamil. She is the Proprietrix of SHANTHA PUBLISHERS – The ONE & ONLY Publishers, publishing books for Teachers Training Schools and Colleges all over Tamilnadu. The Publishers are flourishing over 40 yrs (over 4 decades) She is also one of the Directors of Reach Abroad Recruitment Consultant's pvt.ltd.,
