Chevening Scholarships:
Funded by the Foreign and commonwealth office.
Value : All or part of overall costs.
Awarded : For Taught Post graduate programmes or research programmes in any colleges or Universities in UK.
Eligibility : Applicants must be a Graduate in any discipline.
Must apply one year before.
Must possess excellent academic record.
Duration : One to three years of education.
Commonwealth Scholarship & Fellowship Plan:
Value : Grants cover the cost of travel, tuition fees and Living expenses. In some cases additional allowances May be available for help with books or clothes.
Awarded for : Applicants domiciled in approved developing Common wealth countries only.
Taught post graduate courses-Priority given for subjects related to the economic, scientific Social development of the overseas country.
Eligibility : Students with excellent academic caliber.
Duration : One to three years of education.
Scotland International Scholarship Programme :
(Applicants from China , India , South Africa , Australia , New Zealand and Singapore only)
Value: Overall Tuition fees and living allowance.
Awarded for : A Masters programme of not more than 12 months, based in a Scottish Higher education Instituition.
Subjects Priority : Science & Technology & Creative Industries.
(including arts, design & culture)
Eligibility: Graduates with any discipline with excellent academic record.
Must be aged between 25 to 35 yrs.
Must possess experience-3 to 5 yrs in the relevant field.
Must have written IELTS exam with 6.5 score or more.

Duration : One to two years of education.
J.N.Tata Endownment:
Type: Loan Scholarship.
Value : Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 2,00,000/-
Subject : Architecture, Biochemistry, Business Administration, Chemistry,
Computer science, Eng.Literature, Mathematics, Pharmacy
Psychology & Physics.
Duration : 1 year, but renewable.
Eligibility : Must be graduates with excellent academic record.
Must be within 27 yrs of age.
Features :
After intial screening, students will be called for an interview, which is usually held in Mumbai.
If selected, the students have to sign a legal agreement with the Endownment, the terms and conditions for which will be decided by the endownment.
Two referees are needed to apply. One must be from Mumbai.
Repayment starts after student starts to earn.
Must apply by December.
